The Risha concession is located in the North East of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan, approximately 370 km from Amman.
The Risha concession has an area of 7500 sqkm with the borders of Iraq to the east, Syria to the North and Saudi Arabia to the south. Surface elevation is generally within 850-950m above sea level and the terrain within the concession is generally flat gravel desert plain.
